Biographical
In 2010, Trey became a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Qualified Mediator and works regularly as mediator to resolve tort and domestic disputes.

Education
After graduating from the Universityof Tennessee with a B.A. in 1990, Trey earned his law degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1994. While a law student, Trey worked for the University of Memphis Office of General Counsel and served as Law Clerk to the Criminal Court Judges for the Thirtieth Judicial District at Memphis, Tennessee.
Memberships & Affiliations
Trey is a Member of the American, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations and served as a Bar Governor- for the Young Lawyers Division from 1999-2001. Trey was a member in the Leo Bearman Chapter of the American Inns of Court and is an active member of Lawyers Journal Club, to which Trey contributes scholarly works for peer review. Trey regularly lectures on the issues of electronic discovery, defense litigation and deposition strategy, and insurance coverage.
